La cuvée Pimayon Vieilles vignes est un hommage au savoir faire de nos aïeux. Issu de la sélection de nos plus vieilles vignes en coteaux, ce vin a été élaboré dans le respect des traditions viticoles familiales: travail de la vigne sans intrants chimiques de synthèse, apport en compost et fumier locaux, semis et pâture réguliers. Sans sulfites ni autres intrants, Pimayon vielles vignes doit sa finesse et sa richesse aromatiques aux cépages Merlot, Syrah et grenache plantés par notre grand-père.
